Jing

Jing is the only free, desktop recording software that iGetcha recommends. Jing does flash for free actually and you can save the files as .swf. Of course, there's a "Jing" promotion in the videos you record, but it's free! So a nonprofit should take advantage of this resource! This is a software that will help nonprofits in ICT capacity building or as one blogger stated... the software to help mom as well ;)
