Google Analytics is in a category of its own but iGetcha has included it in the content management and ecommerce sections because it's a must have for any website that a nonprofit launches. Again, this is a free service and you can track users that have viewed your site and find out important data about who favors your site. For example, it sorts by country, connection speed, operating system, et cetera. For the example video, substitute keywords to increase profits to keywords to protect your initiatives for civil society ;)

If you do not have Google Analytics on your website, you should get it on there somehow. Some sites such as eCrater and content management systems such as Drupal have these options available, so if you choose to launch a nonprofit website, make sure you have the option to add Google Analytics.
