At Lifehacker, they sometimes give tips that are out of the range of nonprofits. But in some cases, they give simpler advice such as some sites if you just want a web page and nothing else :)
Their suggestions are http://weebly.com and http://www.webs.com, which are awesome for nonprofits and NGOs that want something simple.
